7am to 2pm Monday through Saturday

We are thrilled to be partnering with The Georges in Lexington to offer Seasons’ Yield at Haywood’s! We are located at Haywood’s Restaurant on Main Street. We will operate from 7am-2pm, and then Haywood’s will open for their regular dinner service. Our offerings include an espresso bar, bread, pastries, and a variety of toasts, salads, and sandwiches.

Breads and pastries will be delivered warm from the wood oven every morning at 7am!

Pre-Orders

We are able to send pre-ordered bread to the cafe.

Since opening the Bread Barn...

we have dreamed of bringing the bakery operation to town in some capacity. This Haywood’s opportunity is a dream come true. Our mission, through the cafe in town, is to offer nourishing food that is carefully crafted and served in an environment that is welcoming and hospitable to everyone. Please come and stay a while!

Oakland

The original loaf of our bakery: a naturally leavened, rustic sourdough proofed for over 36 hours: 85% organic white, 15% organic whole wheat and salt.

Naturally Leavened for over 36 hours with roasted walnuts and a handful of unsweetened cranberries: 80% organic white, 15% organic whole wheat, 5% organic spelt, walnut oil and salt.

Naturally Leavened for over 36 hours with bourbon soaked raisins, maple syrup and cinnamon, this is a favorite: 80% organic white, 20% organic whole wheat and salt.

Pullman Sandwich Loaf

Naturally Leavened for over 24 hours, this soft and sweet loaf will be the structure for your favorite sandwich fixings. Mixed with honey, maple syrup, butter, 100% organic white and salt.

Garlic Potato Rosemary

Naturally leavened for over 24 hours with roasted potatoes, garlic and rosemary. A tremendous bread for soup dinners or for slicing with olive oil dip: 75% organic white, 25% organic whole wheat, salt.

Seeded Whole Wheat

This studded sourdough bread is a whole wheat based dough with a balanced blend of poppy, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, and sprouted quinoa seeds. Fresh milled flour and toasted seeds make this a nutritious option!
