The Pizza Lover’s Box
This box contains 24 – 250g balls of sourdough pizza dough.
This stock of exceptional sourdough pizza dough provides the benefits of naturally leavened dough with the convenience of no preparation to a pizza experience in your home oven, or a wood fire oven in your backyard.
This dough is unique because of the subtle sourdough flavor and the richness of the fresh milled flour that we use. Set the requisite number of doughs on the counter to proof and you are ready to bake in just a few hours.

Step two
Receive & Proof
Orders are fulfilled and shipped every Tuesday. Each box is shipped via 2-day air in a cooler with dry ice right to your doorstep. All of the products can be frozen until you are ready to enjoy. Pull from the freezer and follow preparation instructions on our website for “proofing” or resting the dough prior to baking.

Our website includes written instructions with accompanying videos for each product so that you can bake like a baker and produce exceptional pastry and baked goods.

FAQ
We ship boxes every Tuesday. Each box is shipped via two day air through UPS. Your box will be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday. You will receive text confirmation after it ships and when it arrives.
If after following the instructions on the website you are still uncertain about your proofed pastries, send Daniel a text for his advice and ask him! (703-415-6673)
If the seal is maintained on the vacuum pack, the product will last, with high quality for 3 months in your freezer.
If you receive your product and the seal is broken, use the product within the week. If you are not planning to use/ cannot use within a week, please send us a picture via email and we will refund your order.
The best way to proof the dough is in a temperature controlled or stable temperature environment. Your home oven with the light on, is a good place. If you need to speed up the process, add a pot of hot water under your tray of pastry! The optimal proofing temperature for both pastry and pizza is 78deg.
